Senior Human Resource Manager

JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team. The Senior HR Manager will play a key role in shaping and driving our company culture, overseeing post-automation processes, leading recruitment efforts, and managing our people effectively. This is a senior-level position that requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, promote, and maintain a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with the organization\’s values and goals.

• Implement initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction.

• Streamline HR processes through automation, leveraging HR systems and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process automation and implement solutions that enhance HR operations.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all HR systems and processes.

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

• Manage employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with managers to develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.

• Stay up to date with employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices, ensuring compliance across HR processes.

• Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company objectives.

• Conduct reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on company culture, post-automation, recruitment, and people management.

• Proven experience in implementing and driving company culture initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.

• Experience with HR systems and tools for process automation.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.

• Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing and developing teams.

• Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Education:

Bachelor\’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\’s degree preferred)

Location: Sector F, DHA Phase 1, Islamabad
