JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Jr. HR Manager to join our team. As a Jr. HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various human resources activities. You will work closely with the HR team and assist in implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the company\’s goals and values. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies, programs, and procedures
• Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings
• Assist in conducting orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
• Maintain employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations, while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy
• Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys
• Assist in employee relations matters by addressing employee queries, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and performance improvement plans
• Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
• Assist in training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions, tracking employee training records, and evaluating training effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date with HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR activities
Job Requirements:
• Previous experience or internships in HR or related roles is a plus
• Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels of the organization
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Minimum 6 months of experience
Education:
• Bachelor\’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Location: Sector F, DHA Phase 1, Islamabad
